Gas engine is gas turbine engine.
Gas turbine engine (gas turbine engine or combustion turbine engine), or gas turbine, is a kind of engine belonging to heat engine. Gas turbine can be a widely used term. Its basic principles are similar, including gas turbine, jet engine and so on. Generally speaking, the gas turbine engine is used for ships (mainly military combat ships), vehicles (usually large enough to accommodate gas turbines, such as tanks, engineering vehicles, etc.), generator sets, etc. Different from the turbine engine for propulsion, the turbine drives not only the compressor, but also the transmission shaft, which is connected with the transmission system of vehicle, propeller or generator of ship.
Its simple working principle is that each cylinder of a four stroke diesel engine has four strokes to complete the working cycle of suction compression injection combustion expansion exhaust. One cylinder structure of diesel engine is mainly composed of cylinder, piston, connecting rod, crankshaft, intake and exhaust valves, fuel injector and intake and exhaust pipe. The piston runs four times from top to bottom in the cylinder to complete a working cycle, do one work, and the crankshaft turns twice. In order to make the speed stable, an inertia flywheel is set at the end of crankshaft to eliminate the speed fluctuation caused by pulsating work
