The main equipment of the biogas power generation system that constitutes the biogas power generation system through the biogas generator set includes a biogas generator set, a generator and a heat recovery device. The biogas is supplied to the gas generator set from the gas storage tank through the desulfurizer, thereby driving the generator connected with the biogas internal combustion engine to generate electricity. 1. Biogas desulfurization and pressure stabilization, explosion-proof device: The biogas used for the engine must first pass through the desulfurization device to reduce the corrosion of hydrogen sulfide to the engine. A voltage stabilizing device is installed on the biogas intake pipeline to facilitate the adjustment of the flow rate to achieve the best air-fuel ratio. In addition, in order to prevent backfire in the intake pipe, anti-backfire and explosion-proof devices should be installed on the biogas main pipe.
2. Air intake adjustment system: A set of precise and sensitive gas mixers should be installed on the main intake pipe to adjust the mixing ratio of air and biogas.
3. Engine ignition system: The combustion speed of biogas is slow. The ignition system of engines that originally used gasoline, diesel and natural gas must be modified to a certain extent to improve combustion efficiency, reduce post-combustion phenomena, and extend operating life.
4. Speed control system: If the biogas generator set operates independently, that is, it operates with electrical equipment as a load, the incorporation and unloading of electrical equipment will cause fluctuations in the load of the generator. In order to ensure the normal operation of the generator set, the speed control system on the biogas engine is essential.
5. Preheating utilization system: The preheating utilization device is adopted to utilize the heat in the engine cooling water and exhaust gas to improve the energy utilization efficiency of biogas.
6. Grid-connected control system: mainly includes generator voltage regulating circuit, automatic quasi-synchronization parallel control circuit, manual parallel and de-parallel control circuit, measurement circuit, gas engine and auxiliary equipment control circuit, etc. The most economical use of electricity for the biogas power generation system is to first meet the needs of the construction unit’s own use points, and then merge the excess electricity into the public grid; the heat generated is also to meet the needs of the fermentation tank first, and then consider the residence and farm.
