Biogas generator is a mechanical product that relies on biogas to generate electricity. For users who use the unit, please pay attention to the specifications of the unit. There are some things to pay attention to when starting, stopping and the normal operation of the unit. What do I need when the biogas generator is shut down?
1. The first thing to do is to uninstall:
Before shutting down the biogas generator set, unload the load first.
2. Idle running:
Run at the rated speed for a few minutes, and after initial cooling, set the idle/rated switch to the idle position to make the unit run at idle speed to lower the water temperature and oil temperature.
3. Cut off the air source:
When the water temperature and oil temperature of the biogas generator drop below 60℃, close the manual gas valve. The remaining gas can keep the unit running for 1 or 2 minutes. After the gas is exhausted, the biogas generator will automatically stop.
4. After stopping, turn off the key on the control screen panel.
5. Except for unforeseen accidents such as speeding or flammable gas in the workplace, it is strictly forbidden to stop with load under normal conditions.
6. If long-term storage is required after shutdown, the cooling water and oil of the biogas generator unit should be drained, the surface of the unit should be cleaned, and the relevant parts should be coated with sealing oil to prevent the parts from rusting.
7. Emergency shutdown. The normal operation of the biogas generator, if it is not shut down according to the normal shutdown steps, is an emergency shutdown. There are mainly two situations:
(1) The biogas generator will automatically alarm and stop due to overspeed, low oil pressure and other fault reasons.
(2) In the process of operation, when encountering an emergency situation that endangers the safety of people and equipment, the generator operator presses the emergency stop button to stop the unit manually.
Disposal measures for emergency shutdown: cut off the power supply, manually turn the crankshaft with a turning tool, and pump oil with a manual oil pump at the same time. After the water temperature and oil temperature of the unit drop below 60 °C, stop for inspection and disposal.
