Taking the pig industry as an example, what are the precautions for the gas production of biogas generators?
1. Proper site selection.
The first type is to build a biogas digester at a new site, and then to build another stable and toilet.
The other type is to use existing stables and toilets to reasonably set up biogas digesters. The biogas digesters are either beside the stables, or the main tank is inside the circle and the auxiliary tank is outside the circle, or both the main and auxiliary tanks are inside the circle.

Only the pond specification can save man-hours and sand and gravel materials. Some parts of the pool are large or small. The bottom slope ratio of the pool is generally about 5% to 7%, and the pool material stays for about 30 days. If the slope ratio is too small, the pool material will stay too long, more than 35 days; if the slope ratio is too large, the pool material will stay less than 25 days, which is too short.
4. Strict concrete standards.
Concrete needs to be classified. Normally, No. 100 concrete is used for direct form casting, and No. 150 concrete is generally used for arch film casting.
5. Water tightly at three points.
When pouring concrete, pour one or two buckets of concrete to fix the mold at the three equal points of the mold circumference to prevent the mold from tilting.
6. The pool brushing link must be particularly detailed.
The brushing link is the link of checking for deficiencies and repairing leaks and guaranteeing. You can’t covet the quantity. Some technicians just use a brush and everything will be fine. This is often one of the important reasons why the biogas digester does not produce gas.
7. The gap of the cover must be tight.
The lid is made at present, separated from the periphery of the pool with a plastic film, and a mark is drawn so that it is in close contact. The handle is made at a right angle of 90 degrees. Usually, the handle is retracted, and only when it is used, the handle is brought out to form a plane with the floor of the stable, so as to reduce the arching handle of pigs and other livestock.
