(2) Whether the maintenance team can arrive at the site in a short time is very important to ensure the operation time;
(3) The market share of 1000kW units is very high, the cost performance is also very high, and the maintenance, repair and maintenance costs are relatively low;
(4) The price of spare parts varies several times. Pay special attention to the price of consumables, such as spark plugs. Directly related to operation cost;
(5) High power generation efficiency means that more electricity can be generated when the same gas is consumed;
(6) When there are multiple units, the same specification of about 1000kW should be selected to reduce the operation cost and spare parts storage. When the number of sets is small, select one with small power. For example, one set of 1000kW plus one set of 500kW is convenient for the gas generator unit to adjust the output power when the gas volume changes greatly, so as to ensure that the unit can output at more than 70% of the power;
(7) When the gas is pure or the gas is treated properly, an overhaul period of the unit can reach 50000 ~ 60000 hours, generally 30000 ~ 40000 hours. However, some units only reach 10000 ~ 20000 hours;
(8) Biogas contains a small amount of corrosive components, which pollutes engine oil. Its consumption is greater than that of natural gas. Engine oil is a major consumable and accounts for a certain share of the operating cost. However, the oil consumption of different brand units varies greatly;
(9) High online rate means less downtime, less waste of biogas and more power generation;
(10) The complete spare parts reserve can greatly shorten the downtime and increase the power generation;
(11) The unit is a kind of large and valuable equipment, which should be focused on long-term comprehensive evaluation. Comprehensive cost performance is more important than price.
