1、 Before starting up the natural gas generator unit, pay attention to the installation of gas piping, gas components, and analog detection of sensor and control panel combination
Item. Attention shall be paid to the following matters:
(1) Before startup, the sundries (such as turning bar, tools, screws, etc.) placed on the unit (rotating parts) shall be cleaned to avoid workpiece flying during startup
Go out and hurt people.
(2) When turning manually before starting, pay attention to disconnect the starting power supply first to avoid accidental touch of the starting button and personal injury caused by the turning bar flying out.
2. Operation requirements of natural gas generator unit
(1) When starting, first step down the foot switch, press the start button, drain the gas in the cylinder, and then open the gas valve. It is strictly forbidden to supply gas before pressing
Start button. In case of unsuccessful startup or flameout after startup, close the gas valve, find out the cause, exhaust the mixed gas in the cylinder, and then follow the regulations
Program restart. After successful startup, kick the foot switch.
(2) When starting, open the doors and windows, and start the exhaust device until the machine stops.
（3）. Operators shall wear safety helmets or helmets when operating in the machine room. During the operation of the machine, they shall not face the explosion door directly, and shall avoid the flywheel
High speed rotating parts, and high-temperature parts such as exhaust pipe cannot be touched.
(4) In case of gas leakage during operation, the operator shall unload the load and shut down for inspection.
(5) When the unit is running, pay attention to the explosion-proof safety door of the gas engine. Once the explosion occurs (the sound is loud), close the gas source and replace the explosion-proof rubber
Restartable.
3、 Measures for shutdown of natural gas generator unit
(1) During normal shutdown, the unit shall be shut down after idling until the water temperature and oil temperature drop below 60 ℃.
(2) After emergency shutdown, the air source shall be shut down after the water temperature and oil temperature drop below 60 ℃ by “turning and pumping oil”.
(3) After shutdown, set the “solenoid valve power” switch to the “OFF” position and close the main gas valve.
