The heat dissipation of the biogas generator set used is very important, however, with the increase of operating time and improper operation, the radiator failure of the biogas generator set will occur. The main one is that the water in the air causes the radiator to corrode, accelerates the aging of the radiator, and causes the unit radiator to fail. How to do it? We need to check the pipe joints of the biogas generator set frequently to prevent water leakage, and regularly add water to discharge air from the top of the radiator to keep the system “airless”.
1. The radiator of the biogas generator set should not be in the state of partial water injection, because this will accelerate the corrosion.
For the non-working biogas generator set, all the water should be pumped out or completely filled. If possible, use distilled or naturally softened water with an appropriate amount of rust inhibitor.
2. The coolant of the radiator is usually very hot and under pressure.
Do not tidy the radiator or remove the tubes when it is not cooling, do not work on the radiator or open the fan guard while the fan is running.
3. External cleaning:
In dusty or dirty environments, the slits of the radiator may become blocked by debris, insects, etc., which will affect the efficiency of the radiator. Frequent cleaning of these light deposits can be done by spraying with low pressure hot water plus a detergent to spray steam or water from the front of the radiator towards the fan. If sprayed from the opposite direction, the dirt will only approach the center. When using this method, cover the biogas generator set with cloth.
4. What should I do if the stubborn deposits cannot be cleaned in the above way?
The radiator of the biogas generator set can be removed and soaked in hot alkaline water for about 20 minutes, and then rinsed with hot water. If you choose to use hard water for a period of time because the joint is leaking, or because the generator has been running for a period of time without using rust remover, the system may be blocked by scale.
When the weather temperature rises, please pay attention to the maintenance of the unit:
1. Pay attention not to affect the normal ventilation and cooling of the generator set. Always clean the dust and dirt in the ventilation ducts, and keep extending in all directions.
2. Summer is the season of frequent thunderstorms. It is necessary to do on-site lightning protection operations in the local area of the generator set. All kinds of mechanical equipment and projects under construction must be grounded for lightning protection according to the rules, and the generator set equipment must be well maintained and connected to zero.
3. If the generator set is installed, it should be interlocked with the external power supply line. Switching equipment or dual power distribution boxes can be set up, and parallel operation is prohibited. After get off work, the power supply of all kinds of mechanical equipment should be cut off to avoid all kinds of electric shock accidents.
4. The disassembly method of the generator is roughly the same as that of the asynchronous motor, but due to the heavy weight of the generator, care should be taken not to bruise it during disassembly. When removing the end cover, be careful not to damage the stator coil protruding from the surface of the machine base; when taking out the rotor, put cardboard between the stator and rotor of the motor to prevent damage to the iron core and winding, and use a steel cable to bind the rotor. When running, the wire rope must not touch the rotor journal, fan, collector slide and change-hand lead.
