Safety management of biogas digesters
1. The inlet and outlet of biogas generators in the breeding industry should be covered, and the cover should be covered in time after each feeding and discharging to prevent people and animals from falling in.
2. Each biogas digester must be equipped with a pressure gauge, and the water column changes of the pressure gauge should be checked frequently. When the biogas digester produces strong gas and the pressure in the digester is too high, immediately use and deflate the gas to prevent bloating the gas tank and open the cover of the tank and cause an accident. If the pool cover has been opened, immediately extinguish the nearby fireworks to avoid fire.
3. It is strictly forbidden to ignite at the outlet of the biogas generator or the gas pipe of the biogas generator in the breeding industry, so as to avoid fire or backfire, causing the gas in the pool to violently expand and explode.
4. The incoming and outgoing materials should be balanced and not too large. If the amount of material to be added is large, turn on the switch and add slowly. When a large amount of material is discharged and the water column of the pressure gauge drops to zero, the switch should be turned on to avoid excessive negative pressure and damage to the biogas digester.
5. Frequently check whether the gas pipelines, switches, and joints are leaking. If it leaks, replace or repair it immediately to avoid fire. Turn off the switch when you don’t need to breathe. If you smell rotten eggs in the kitchen, you must open the door, open the window and cut off the air source, and the person must leave. When the room is tasteless, check the leaking part. If the air duct is blocked, it should be removed in time to avoid excessive pressure in the pool and damage to the pool body.
6. Condensate bottles (water bottles) should be installed at the lower position of the gas pipeline from the ground to prevent condensation water from accumulating and freezing and blocking the gas pipeline.
7. In the cold winter season, the exposed ground part of the biogas generator used in the breeding industry should be cold-proof and anti-freeze measures to avoid freezing and cracking and affecting normal use.
8. Rainwater protection facilities should be set up at the inlet and outlet, generally 10 cm above the ground, and avoid the water passage to prevent rainwater from flowing into the pool in large quantities, and the pressure suddenly increases, causing damage to the pool.
