1. Oil change time of NPT gas generator set
① 80-100 hours
② 200-250 hours
③ 350-450 hours (depending on the oil brand and grade selected by the user). Every time the oil is changed, the oil filter element must be replaced.
Engine oil model:
Temperature -10℃—35℃, use CF15W-40 or CF15W-50 (such as Northeast, Northwest, Inner Mongolia)
When the temperature is less than 15℃, choose CF10W-40 or CF10W-50 (such as the Central Plains area)
When the temperature is more than 35℃, if it runs for 24 hours, choose CH20W-50 (such as Hainan Province)
2. Time to change the air filter element
Change the air filter element of Yuchai gas generator set every two oil changes and check the spark plug of the high-voltage line.
3. Bearing maintenance
Fill each grease nipple with high-speed grease (during maintenance), including belt tensioner bearings, water pumps, etc.
4. Maintenance of battery and starter
The battery is inspected and maintained once a month, and the starter is disassembled and maintained once every 5-6 months.
5. Maintenance of bearing of gas generator set
Remove the back cover of the motor and pour high-speed butter.
