Daily operation and management of biogas generators for farms:
1. It is better to start the new pond with pure cow and horse dung. The 8m3 biogas digester requires 2m3 of cow and horse manure. Before entering the digester, pile the retort outside the tank for 5-7 days to enrich the bacteria and speed up the start-up.
2. When the new pool is started, use warm water to start. The water temperature is 30℃-50℃. It is forbidden to start with cold water and extend the starting time.
3. After feeding, seal the movable covers as required, and pay special attention to sealing the sky window to prevent air leakage.
4. The gas produced in the initial stage of startup is exhaust gas, which cannot be burned. The exhaust gas should be discharged for 7 days and discharge for more than 30 minutes every day.
5. Before using lamps and stoves, read the instructions carefully and standardize the operation. Daily attention should be paid to timely clean up the debris on the lamp and stove to keep it clean.
6. Frequent feeding and discharging. The 8m3 biogas digester should feed in 20kg of fresh livestock and poultry manure every day. It is forbidden to discharge as much as possible, so as not to affect gas production.
7. Strengthen daily agitation. Use the slagging piston or wooden rod to agitate the liquid for more than ten minutes every day to promote fermentation and increase gas production rate.
8. Frequently observe pressure changes. When the pressure of biogas reaches 9 or more, gas should be used or deflated in time to avoid damage to the pressure gauge and the tank body due to excessive pressure.
9. Frequently check whether all interfaces, pipelines, and appliances are sealed, damaged, aging, or blocked. If any problems are found, repair them in time.
10. Strengthen the management of overwintering, add heat materials such as cow and horse dung in an appropriate amount before the winter, and cover the outside of the pond with thermal insulation film to ensure normal gas production in winter.
Precautions for the safe use of biogas generators for farms:
1. During the discharge of waste gas from the new pond of the biogas generator set in the farm, it is forbidden to test the fire at the mouth of the air duct to avoid backfire and cause the pond to explode.
2. When cleaning and repairing the pond, it must be carried out under the guidance of a biogas technician, and it is forbidden to operate alone. Special attention is needed to ventilate for 1-2 days immediately after emptying the pool body before entering the pool. Animal experiments must be carried out before entering the pool. After the oxygen in the pool is sufficient, the operation should be carried out to prevent suffocation due to insufficient oxygen. At the same time, ignition and smoking are strictly prohibited in the pool.
3. All kinds of pesticides and harmful debris are not allowed to enter the pond, so as not to kill the biogas microorganisms and affect the gas production.
4. Outdoor pipelines should take sun protection measures to extend their service life to avoid weathering of the pipelines and cause air leakage.
5. Keep lights and stoves away from flammable materials to avoid fire.
6. When air leakage is found, shut off the air source in time, open doors and windows, and prohibit fire, smoking, and switching of electrical appliances to avoid fire.
7. It is strictly forbidden to start a fire within 5m of the biogas digester of the biogas generator set in the farm to avoid unsafe accidents.
8. Smoking and ignition are forbidden when discharging materials daily.
9. The burnt and discarded gauze cover contains toxic substances and should be buried deeply, and it is strictly forbidden to touch it by hand.
10. When building ponds and feeding and discharging materials, special attention should be paid to safety, and protective measures should be taken in time to prevent humans and animals from falling into the pond.
