1. purification of Biogas  

Biogas is mainly produced through anaerobic digestion, which uses the role of anaerobic bacteria growing in sewage and sludge in an anaerobic environment to decompose organic matter into biogas through liquefaction and gasification. The generated biogas contains trace water and   H2S   These harmful components will corrode the gas transmission pipeline and engine components and affect the normal operation and service life of the engine. In order to remove moisture and H2S from biogas, a dry desulfurization tower can be installed on the air inlet pipe, and the desulfurizer is iron filings; Or wet desulfurization tower, desulfurizer

2.anti corrosion treatment of biogas generator set
H2S contained in biogas   And moisture form weak acid, which corrodes the metal parts of the pipeline and engine, especially the copper and aluminum parts. therefore  , The gas transmission pipeline, intercooler, supercharger, piston and other parts shall be painted, porcelain infiltrated, nitrided and other protective treatments. In addition, due to the product SO2 after H2S combustion   With stronger corrosivity, anti-corrosion measures shall be taken for relevant components around the combustion chamber and exhaust pipe.  
3. electric mixer technology  
Ordinary gas engines use equal vacuum mixers, which can not automatically adjust the air-fuel ratio according to the change of CH4 concentration in the air source. When in use, it is easy to cause large fluctuations in engine speed and output power, and even shut down due to discontinuous ignition, which is difficult to popularize.  
The biogas generator set adopts electric mixer. The computer monitoring system monitors the combustion condition in the combustion chamber in real time and feeds back the combustion signal to the   ECU   Control unit,   ECU   The command is issued to make the actuator of the electric mixer drive the operating mechanism, change the area of the inlet channel of biogas and air, match the air and biogas flow according to the CH4 in biogas, achieve the purpose of real-time adjusting the air-fuel ratio, realize stable lean combustion, and effectively control the heat load of the engine.
