1. Biogas desulfurization, pressure stabilization and explosion-proof equipment: the biogas used by the initiator shall first pass through the desulfurization equipment to reduce the corrosion of hydrogen sulfide to the initiator.
2. Intake conditioning system: a set of accurate and flexible gas mixer shall be set on the intake manifold to regulate the mixing proportion of air and biogas.
3. Initiator incineration system: the incineration speed of biogas is slow. The incineration system of the original gasoline, diesel and natural gas initiators should be reformed to a certain extent to improve the incineration power, reduce the incineration appearance and extend the working life.
4. Speed regulation system: if the biogas generator unit works independently, i.e. with the electric equipment as the load, the load of the generator will be shaken by the incorporation and unloading of the electric equipment. In order to ensure the normal operation of the generator set, the speed regulation system on the biogas generator is essential.
5. Preheating application system: the preheating application equipment is selected to apply the heat in the cooling water and exhaust gas of the engine, so as to improve the power utilization of biogas.
6. Grid connection control system: it mainly includes generator voltage regulation circuit, active quasi synchronous parallel control circuit, manual parallel width and column control circuit, measurement circuit, gas generator and auxiliary equipment control circuit, etc.
