1. Space
The location of the generator room should be as far away as possible from the residential area to reduce the impact of unit noise and emissions on residents. The engine room should be built on an open site as much as possible.
In order to facilitate the entry and exit of the unit and accessories, as well as ventilation and heat dissipation. The space of the machine room should fully consider the volume of the unit and accessories to ensure that there is enough installation space for the unit and accessories.
Remark:
1. The cable trench can be arranged according to the situation, it doesn’t matter if it is not;
2. The foundation refers to the level of the entire machine room, usually there are no special requirements, as long as the flatness is sufficient;
3. The pre-embedded anchor bolts can be omitted (old standard)
Now the unit has a fixed steel frame bottom seat.
2. Ventilation and dust prevention (very important)
These two aspects are contradictory. If the ventilation is good, the dust-proof performance will inevitably decrease appropriately, and too much consideration of dust-proof will affect the ventilation of the computer room. This requires the computer room designer to calculate and coordinate according to the actual situation. The calculation of ventilation mainly involves the air intake system and exhaust system of the computer room. It is calculated according to the amount of gas required for combustion of the unit and the amount of air exchange required for the unit to dissipate heat. The sum of the amount of gas and air exchange is the ventilation volume of the computer room. Of course, this is a changing value, which varies with the temperature rise of the room. Generally, the ventilation rate of the computer room is calculated based on the temperature rise of the computer room controlled within 5℃-10℃, which is also a relatively high requirement. The amount of gas and air exchange when the temperature rise of the computer room is controlled within 5°C-10°C is the ventilation rate of the computer room at this time, and the size of the air inlet and outlet can be calculated based on the ventilation rate.
If the equipment room is not well dustproof, it will also cause harm to the equipment. In the case of ensuring the ventilation of the equipment room, while taking into account the dustproof effect of the equipment room, install the air inlet and exhaust louvers to ensure the air quality and air volume of the equipment room.
3. Noise reduction (you can choose whether to construct or not according to the situation)
Environmental protection is no longer a new term. How to ensure our working and living environment? Controlling noise is a complicated project. Users should control them within a reasonable range that they can accept according to their own conditions and requirements and with reference to relevant national regulations.
To control noise, we must first analyze the noise source and frequency spectrum. The noise of generator sets mainly comes from the following aspects: combustion noise, mechanical noise and exhaust noise. Among them, exhaust noise is the highest point of noise in the entire engine room. Pay more attention to it. After these kinds of noises are randomly and disorderly combined, the main frequency peak is 125Hz-500Hz, which belongs to the prominent noise of broadband to middle and low frequency. It is more troublesome to govern.
There are two main methods of noise control. One is to reduce the noise of the sound source; the other is to control the noise transmission path. The noise control of the generator room is mainly to make a fuss on the transmission path, and the reduction of the sound source noise is mainly realized by the manufacturer. The core of controlling noise propagation is to use the natural attenuation of sound waves in propagation to reduce the pollution surface of noise. The specific measures are as follows: sound absorption treatment, sound insulation treatment, change the direction of propagation, etc. In actual engineering, one of these methods is sometimes used, and sometimes the three methods are used together, such as sound absorption and sound insulation treatment on the air inlet and outlet of the computer room; smoke exhaust vents change the direction of noise propagation; sound absorption treatment on walls and ceilings, etc.
Four, lighting and fire protection
The brightness of the computer room is not enough, which is not conducive to the maintenance of the unit. Even some computer rooms are not equipped with lights, which makes it impossible to work at night, which seriously affects the maintenance of the equipment. Daylighting and lighting should also be listed as an important part of the standardized computer room.
If the equipment room has been treated with noise reduction, the lighting windows must use sound insulation lighting windows to prevent noise from being transmitted. If the equipment room has been ventilated and dust-proofed, and shutters are used for the intake and exhaust, the brightness of the equipment room is not enough, and daylighting windows must be added. Lighting lamps must be installed in the machine room and explosion-proof bulbs must be used. Regardless of daylighting or lighting, ensure that the computer room has sufficient brightness. In addition, in order to prevent emergencies, the machine room must be equipped with special fire-fighting facilities.
5. Selection and arrangement of accessories in the computer room
Imagine that the computer room is messy and the cables and tubing share the same trough; the fuel tanks and tubing leak serious oil and the oil mist in the computer room is very large; how can the oil drums, tools, brooms, mops, etc. be placed randomly, etc., can make people feel at ease?
1. Fuel tank (generally you can buy it directly at the gas station or the hardware and electrical market): Try to choose a standard fuel tank with good quality, which has good sealing and does not leak oil. The oil discharge port, oil spill port, oil level indicator, and the volume should be selected according to the oil consumption of the unit for 12 hours of continuous operation. The tightness of the fuel tank is very important, otherwise oil leakage is a headache for maintenance personnel. Excessive oil mist can corrode rubber, metal and other components, and it is also dangerous; oil mist and dust adhere to the surface of the unit and equipment, and it is difficult to clean. In addition, the fuel tank should be placed far away from the unit, and it is better to have a dedicated room.
2. Oil pipe: It is best not to use plastic or rubber hoses. After a long period of time, the oil pipes will be deformed and easy to leak oil. The oil pipes should be made of hard copper pipes or galvanized steel pipes, which should be tightly connected to the unit to prevent oil leakage. In addition, the oil pipe must also have a special trough or pipe, which cannot be in the same groove as the cable. Both the oil groove and the cable must have a movable cover.
3. Smoke exhaust pipe: turbocharger, exhaust pipe and silencer should be wrapped with high-temperature resistant glass wool or aluminum silicate, which has the function of heat insulation and noise reduction. The outdoor smoke outlet should face the air and install rain cap.
4. Charger and battery; the charger is best to be intelligent, and it does not require personnel to install it in the vicinity of the starting battery; the starting battery is best to use a sealed maintenance-free battery and install it on the battery bracket.
5. Others: Do not stack oil drums, tools and other sundries in the machine room, and pay more attention to cleaning at ordinary times.
The above is an introduction to the relevant requirements of the standardized computer room. In the specific implementation process, it is sometimes necessary to design a tailor-made modification plan according to the specific requirements of the user and the existing conditions.
