Brief introduction to the structure of biogas generator set

(1) The biogas generator set is mainly composed of biogas engine, generator, control panel, public steel chassis and cooling system.  
(2) the main components of gas engine are as follows:  
The mechanical basic parts (body, crankshaft, connecting rod and other main parts) of gas engine are common to railway locomotive power and oil drilling diesel engine in China. They are mature models that have been tested for decades. According to the characteristics of biogas, they are better suitable for biogas by reducing the speed and special treatment of some basic parts.   Electronic governor: the electric regulating system produced by Woodward company of the United States is adopted.  
Intake pressure regulating valve: the diaphragm pressure regulating valve and two-way airway precise adjustment technology are adopted, and the air-fuel ratio is automatically adjusted with the electric mixer, which can achieve a good effect of uniform laminar combustion.  
Control of cylinder temperature and exhaust temperature: monitor and control the cylinder temperature and exhaust temperature of the gas engine, monitor and control the cylinder temperature and exhaust temperature of the gas engine, and timely adjust the relevant parameters of the engine to eliminate the knock tendency.  
New piston ring: it adopts both twisted and conical gas ring and combined oil ring to ensure the oil consumption control of the unit.   The valve seat ring adopts a new type of heat-resistant alloy material, which improves the reliability and service life of the gas engine.  
The main and important control parts, such as ignition system (spark plug, high-voltage wire, ignition coil, magneto), adopt the products of American company.  
Valve distribution system: it adopts camshaft and other valve distribution mechanisms specially designed for gas engine, with unique valve distribution Phase, gas distribution angle and ignition advance angle can make the gas engine achieve ideal charging efficiency and combustion effect.

(3) Structure and main technical performance parameters of IFC6 / TF series brushless constant voltage synchronous generator   The unit is equipped with brushless excitation pole stabilizing motor produced according to Siemens import license, and the motor voltage is 0.4kV   Structure composition of IFC6 / TF series brushless constant voltage synchronous generator:
Generator: it is composed of main engine, exciter and excitation system. The main engine is of rotating magnetic field type, the rotor is cylindrical with damping winding resistance, the exciter is of rotating armature type, and the excitation power of the main engine is input to the rotor of the main generator through the rotating rectifier.
Excitation system: the threpart excitation system with thyristor voltage regulator adopts the phase compound excitation brushless automatic voltage regulation mode. The excitation current of the generator is automatically adjusted with the load to keep the voltage of the generator constant. It has good dynamic characteristics under load change and short circuit.
Insulation system: the standard winding resistance adopts Siemens durignit2000 insulation system, which meets the requirements of vde0530 standard for class F insulation. The insulating material used has the characteristics of non moisture absorption, high dielectric strength and can withstand drastic temperature changes. Stator winding resistance is made of special enamelled wire with high hydrolysis resistance or flat copper bus wrapped with mica foil. Standard insulation adopts special resin impregnation process, which can obtain satisfactory results of high mechanical strength, high seismic resistance and excellent insulation strength, so that the generator can operate for a long time under various climatic conditions specified in din50019 standard.
Short circuit current and short circuit parameters: in case of sudden load of large squirrel cage asynchronous motor, since the excitation system operates in phase compound excitation mode, the generator meets the requirements of minimum voltage drop and fastest voltage recovery. At this time, this excitation mode can provide continuous short circuit current with a value of about 3-5 times the rated current, so as to select the protection device, However, when the duration of continuous short-circuit current reaches 5S, the generator will unload the load.
Overload: according to the provisions of ved0530 standard, under the rated voltage, the generator can withstand the overload of 1.5 times the rated current for 2min.
