Biogas power generation and waste heat utilization:

1. Biogas desulfurization, pressure stabilization and explosion-proof devices: the biogas used by the engine must first pass through the desulfurization device to reduce the corrosion of hydrogen sulfide to the engine. A pressure stabilizing device is installed on the biogas inlet pipe to facilitate the flow adjustment and achieve the air-fuel ratio. In addition, in order to prevent the backfire of the air inlet pipe, anti backfire and explosion-proof devices shall be installed on the biogas main pipe.

2. Air inlet regulating system: a set of accurate and sensitive gas mixer shall be set on the air inlet main pipe to regulate the mixing ratio of air and biogas.

3. Engine ignition system: the combustion speed of biogas is slow. The ignition system of engines that used gasoline, diesel and natural gas generators should be modified to a certain extent to improve the combustion efficiency, reduce post combustion phenomena and extend the service life.

4. Speed regulation system: if the biogas generator unit operates independently, that is, it operates with the electrical equipment as the load, and the incorporation and unloading of the electrical equipment will cause the load of the generator to fluctuate. In order to ensure the normal operation of the generator set, the speed regulation system on the biogas engine is essential.

5. Preheating utilization system: the preheating utilization device is used to utilize the heat in the engine cooling water and exhaust gas to improve the energy utilization efficiency of biogas.

6. Grid connected control system: it mainly includes generator voltage regulating circuit, automatic quasi synchronous parallel control circuit, manual parallel and splitting control circuit, measuring circuit, gas engine and auxiliary equipment control circuit, etc. The more economical use of electric energy by biogas generator system is to meet the needs of the construction unit, and then connect the excess power to the public power grid; The generated heat energy also meets the needs of the fermentation tank first, and then considers the heating of the residence and farm or the transmission to the public heating network.
