1、 Frequent discharge
The fermentation residues in the tank shall be extracted in time. The principle is “how much is out and how much is in, and adhere to the principle of first out and then in”. After the residual materials are extracted, the liquid level in the tank shall not be lower than the upper edge of the inlet and outlet pipe, so as to prevent the biogas in the tank from running away from the inlet and outlet pipe. After discharging, new materials shall be supplemented in time. If the primary fermentation raw materials are insufficient, urea (carbon ammonia) and water can be added, and the original water level shall be maintained to make the biogas in the tank under pressure. The large-scale refueling of biogas digester is generally conducted once a year, which should be arranged in midsummer or autumn. Feed shall be stopped 20-30 days before major refueling to avoid waste of raw materials. After large discharge, sufficient new materials shall be added in time, so that the biogas digester can be restarted soon.
2、 The biogas generator set for breeding is often fed into the biogas digester
To provide enough fresh raw materials for biogas bacteria, make biogas bacteria metabolize normally and maintain vigorous gas production, it is necessary to constantly supplement fermentation raw materials. The interval time and quantity of feeding shall be determined according to the type of rural household digester. Generally, 8 cubic meters of side water pressure biogas digester shall be fed every 7-10 days, and the feeding amount shall be controlled at about two pig units each time. It can also be calculated according to 2-3kg of dry matter per cubic meter of biogas. For the “three combination” biogas digester of biogas circle toilet, because the feces and urine of human and livestock automatically flow into the digester every day, it is usually necessary to add an appropriate amount of water to maintain the concentration of fermentation raw materials in the digester.
3、 Often stir
This is a good measure to improve the gas production rate. If it is not stirred frequently, the scum layer in the tank will form a very thick crust and the sediment layer will become thicker and thicker, preventing the biogas produced in the lower layer from entering the gas tank, affecting the fermentation of raw materials and reducing the gas production. Rural household biogas digesters are generally not equipped with stirring and shell breaking devices. They can be stirred from the water pressure room, or several barrels of fermentation liquid can be taken out from the water pressure room and poured into the feed port to stir the fermentation raw materials in the biogas digester.
4、 Adjust the water volume of biogas digester frequently
There is too much or too little water in the biogas digester of the biogas generator set for breeding, which is unfavorable to the activity of biogas bacteria and the generation of biogas. Generally, the concentration of biogas digester of HuaQuan YC biogas generator set is required to be maintained at about 6% in summer and about 10% in winter. If the water content is too much, the dry matter content in the fermentation broth is less, and the gas production per unit volume is less; If the water content is too small and the concentration of fermentation broth is large, a large number of organic acids produced by fermentation are easy to accumulate, and the upper material in the tank is easy to crust at night, which hinders the fermentation, affects the gas production and reduces the pH value.
5、 Do a good job of temperature increase and thermal insulation in winter
Before winter, more raw materials that are easy to ferment, such as cow dung, chicken and duck dung, etc. At the same time, solar energy should be used to cover the thermal insulation shed film in time. In the severe winter, the greenhouse should be covered with a straw curtain before sunset. If it is an open-air biogas digester, the cover shall be thickened on the main digester, such as stacking crop straw or composting fertilizer to increase the tank temperature.
