Sustainable energy(biogas generator)
The biogas cogeneration unit uses possible source biogas as input fuel to generate clean energy: electric and thermal energy, with a comprehensive energy utilization rate of over 82%. The investment cost is low, the payback period is short, and the economic features save customers more than 70% of energy costs, while reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 50%.
The generated electrical energy is supplied to local power facilities, and the remaining electrical energy is sold to the grid; the generated thermal energy is supplied to the anaerobic fermentation system for insulation or as domestic hot water. The main application areas are industrial organic wastewater, agricultural straw, animal husbandry farms, municipal waste landfills, etc.
Modular structure
Three types of combined heat and power unit structures are provided: indoor type, silent type and outdoor type, to meet the needs of different application environments:
Open type unit is used indoors;
Open type unit + silent box, used indoors or outdoors (need to shelter from rain), with low noise;
Open unit + container body, used in any outdoor environment with low noise.
Characteristics of biogas cogeneration unit
Good overall efficiency
The efficiency is 36%~44%, the thermal efficiency is 45%~48%, and the overall efficiency is over 85%. The economic benefits are obvious and the investment recovery period is shortened.
Sturdy
The box body is made of container weather-resistant steel plate, and the surface spraying is based on the marine environment; at the same time, all pipes are made of stainless steel to ensure that they are in a biogas environment.
Flexible grid-connected technology
The intelligent control system can monitor other main and auxiliary equipment in the biogas project at the same time. With flexible grid-connected control technology, there are three ways of electric energy output: spontaneous self-use/surplus electricity online/all online to meet different application requirements.
Short construction period
Both the power output system and the thermal energy output system adopt a modular structure design, plug and play, and can be installed and put into use.
Waste heat recovery and utilization system
Modular heat exchange components are used to make full use of the high-temperature jacket water heat and high-temperature exhaust heat generated by the engine, and the heat exchangers, waste heat boilers and other equipment that pass through are converted into heat energy with a thermal efficiency of over 45%.
Continuous running time
The outdoor unit is equipped with an automatic oil filling device and new/old oil tanks to realize automatic oil replenishment and oil discharge, ensuring long-term continuous operation, reducing manual labor and saving costs.
